When you fill out our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, project address, whether you have a contractor or architect, the service you’re interested in, your project goals, your timeline, and how you heard about us.
If you book a discovery call, the scheduling tool also collects your name, email, and phone number so we can confirm the appointment.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for your discovery call, and follow up about your project. We may also use your email address to send you updates, design tips, and news from RDL Design Group. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each message, or by contacting us directly.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it or share it with advertisers. We only share it with the tools we use to run our business, such as our website host, our email provider, and Google Calendar, and only so they can do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you or follow up on your inquiry. If you’d like us to delete it, just ask.
